The shop.gunethics.eu online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Shop”) sells, and the buyer buys goods on the shop.gunethics.eu website.

Acceptance (acceptance by the buyer of the terms of this agreement) occurs at the time of payment for the order.

Description of goods and their price can be found on the main page of the site. The characteristics of each unit of goods may differ slightly from those declared on the site.

All settlements between the parties are carried out in rubles. Cash or non-cash form of payment is possible. The buyer can make an advance payment for the goods or pay in full at the time of receipt.

The product warranty is provided by the manufacturer.

The buyer has the right to return the goods within seven days from the date of receipt, provided that they retain their presentation and original packaging. To make a return, you must send an email to: [email protected]. In the letter, indicate the order number and contact details of the Buyer. If the return is carried out due to the inadequate quality of the goods, a photo of the defective unit is required, on which the defect is clearly distinguishable.

To make a purchase, the Buyer provides the Store with the following personal data: full name, phone number and email address, as well as the address where the purchase will be delivered. The store undertakes to ensure the storage of this data in accordance with applicable law.

In case of any disagreement, the pre-trial procedure for resolving disputes is mandatory. The claim must be sent to: [email protected]. The store is obliged to consider it and give an answer within five working days from the date of receipt.

If it was not possible to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The offer may be changed by the Store at any time. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the shop.gunethics.eu website.

The parties are completely released from fulfilling their obligations under this agreement in the event of force majeure circumstances. These include earthquakes, floods, fires, hostilities and others. The other party must be immediately notified of the occurrence of such circumstances by e-mail specified in the details of the Store or the personal data of the Buyer.
