Warranty Terms
We provide 3 months warranty. Exchange and return of goods is made in case of a manufacturing defect, if the device was not installed on the weapon and was not operated.
In the event of any malfunction or defect during the warranty period, our company will repair or replace this product free of charge – at its sole discretion. For verification, you will need the original invoice. Returned devices will be evaluated by the Technical Inspection Department to determine that they have been used in accordance with their intended use.
When are products not covered under warranty?
Attention! Failure due to misuse is not covered by this warranty.
Be sure to read the instruction video and description before installing the product. In case of incorrect installation, the buffer and other tuning products are not subject to exchange and return.
The warranty does not apply in such cases:
the product has been altered or repaired by non-GunEthics representatives;
mechanical damage;
removed or damaged seals/stickers/serial number;
traces of unauthorized access;
defects due to improper storage conditions;
failure due to improper operating conditions.
